Find an adult you trust – a teacher, someone at school, the parent of a friend, your own parent/guardian – any adult you think is trustworthy. Start by telling them you’re having a hard time – feeling sad or angry, or however you are feeling. And if they are supportive, tell them some more. Keeping things to yourself just makes all the feelings build up inside you.
