Yesterday, I told one of my friends that I needed to talk to her after class. Since we aren’t rooming together this year, this is the only time we get to see each other. So she walked me back to my room as she always does after class, and stayed for a bit so that I could have my talk with her. I told her that my anxiety has been absolutely horrible lately. It got so bad at one point that I almost cried twice because of it (a rarity that it gets that high). She told me that if I get anxious, not to hesitate to call her, stating “I am only five minutes away.” I just can’t bear to put anyone through something like that. I mean, me being anxious is draining and I would feel guilty for taking up her time. Besides, nobody should have to put up with my anxiety anyway. But she offered, right? So maybe I can give it a try.
Always reach out when u are anxious. Talking to someone is the best thing. It is over rare to get someone who cares so keep her as a friend I believe she can help u. I am always available also.any time 24/7.
