“we are what we think we are.” That’s not always the case. We are our own worst enemies. We might think we’re ugly, when we’re actually beautiful. We might think we’re fat, when really, you’re not (for some people, that’s what happens to you.) If you’re overweight, there’s nothing wrong with that. But if you don’t like being overweight, then fix it. What i mean is, workout. Do crunches. Go running. Go for a walk. If you think you’re dumb, then study. Go read a book. If you think you’re ugly, then fix it. Fix your hair a certain way, wear some make up. Do you catch what i’m throwing? If you don’t like something about yourself, then fix it. It might not always work for some people. But at least you’ll be able to say you tried
