Doesn’t this feeling ever just go away? I saw my counselor today and although we had a good discussion, it brought back a ton of negative memories. To cope, I ate so much tonight and now I feel as though I need to punish myself. If it’s not one thing, it’s something else.

You don’t need to punish yourself for your feelings. I know how you feel though, the guilt and such, but I end up always feeling worse after I SI. You can’t always control your feelings, or how you cope, so don’t punish yourself for that! Stay strong, we’re here for you <3
