Reach out and talk to someone about what’s going on. You can do it! Find an adult you trust (I’m not sure your age) and tell them you feel that way. Tell them you are sad, angry, hurting – whatever it is. We ALL need help now and then – every single one of us.

And I also hope you’ll write more here. Tell us what’s going on too. What makes you want to disappear?

I hope you’ll reach out – you are NOT alone.

    Pam

I am 15, there is no one here for me. we’ll my dad was incarcerated for a business plan gone wrong thats when my self harming began (age of 10), my mom truly mentally lost it, my dad was murdered thats when i started to go pro Ana/Mia (13), I was raped by a close family friend and since i didn’t tell anyone that lasted until he moved but when he visits it still happens, grades always have been horrible due to always watching my 7 sisters 24/7 , I live in beverly hills so I always am judged, I buy my friends instead of making them. attempted suicide twice so thats basically why i want to disappear

There are people there for you. Talk to an adult you trust – someone at school, or if you go to any religious groups – someone there. Find an adult and talk to them about how much this all hurts. You’ve been through a lot and could use some support.

Reach out to someone and talk face-to-face. Any adult you think is trustworthy.

I meant to add – I’m sorry you’ve been through so much. There is help available, and you don’t need to deal with this all alone.

    Take care, Pam
