Well I found a way that helps me calm down the urge to SI. Its kind of helping but I dont think I can make it. I put a rubber band on my wrist and started snapping it gently.

i do that too. it helps alot. also where i use the rubber band i sometimes will mark with a washable marker. it calms me down and makes me rational.
I think I will start wearing a rubber band… just to give me something else. I also have been holding ice cubes, and pressing them against my skin.
Well i saw my friend use a marker instead and started writing love on where she would normally SI. I havent tried it yet but it seemed to work on her.
