I’ve been questioning that I haven’t been SIing, but I’m realizing that maybe it’s not such a bad thing. Maybe it’s a good thing that I don’t have my urges. Or maybe the things that make me want to SI are disappearing. So if those things come back, won’t my urges too?
Maybe…but think about the ways that you have been dealing with other stress in your life and (if) the urges do come back use those tools(I know that sounds corny but not sure another way to say it:) )
and….YES IT IS A GOOD THING that you have been SI free!
