When you feel…the need to SI count to ten.Slowly.silently. and in your head find a happy place. IMagine the best day…I want you to find it..Have you found it…? Now breathe…you should be on number 5….You need to imagine closer to every detail in that place…slowly take it all in…by the number 7 open your eyes…your almost to ten. Reassuring yourself that you have people all around you, though you may not even know, that love and care about you. Its not the healthiest habit to hurt yourself…But your coming through..breathe it all in…You should be at ten…Put down the “weapon” becuase your only enemy is you right now..realies that your fighting youself…put your foot down.Look up to yourself. You found a happy place in your mind where the abuser couldnt get to you. breathe deeper and relax.You CAN get through it. You CAn help YOURSELF and be successful at it. I may not know you. Nor know what you look like or how you act. But I care for you already. And I’m trying to help you help yourself. Look to a distance in life…reach for it. YOU WILL find it and YOU CAN overcome this.
