Hi 🙂 I just want to encourage you guys. I haven’t self injured in over a month now. It was SOOOO hard to fight the urges day after day after day. I’m still fighting them. But they’re not as strong as they used to be.
You HAVE to stop your desire to self injure.  It’ll be so much stronger than it is right now, just like if you were hungry. But eventually, it’ll get weaker and weaker until one day, it just slips away. And then you don’t have to worry about it anymore. I’m so happy that I’ve made it this far, I literally thought that I couldn’t live without it. It was like a lifeline. Not anymore. You guys can do it! Don’t lose hope!
