I’ve been clean for 29 days. August 20th is my one month. I’ve had it rough lately, I’ve been in and out of urges…but I’ve found a new outlet…exercise. It’s great for the mind, and it’s putting me in shape for my cross country season. I just find ways to get up and move, because I’m constantly lazy. Occupying myself helps ease the pain and the impulse. I’ve also started reading the book “Bodily Harm” with my therapist, we’re just finishing chapter one together. It’s a great help, it really is. Just thought I’d share since I haven’t in a while…
