Coming from someone with this experience…lately I’ve wanted to SI, but my 30 days is tomorrow and I’m not willing to screw it up now. But when it used to be a huge problem, almost an addictive behavior, I’d do it for everything that set me off, for my depression, and sometimes for no reason. It’s not healthy, and I realized that. You just have to have self awareness, you just have to want to get better. You have to want it for yourself.
