i stopped siing 4 about a week but now i am siing again i need to stop again but i dont think that i could. i need help. there is no one at home that i could talk to so i hold everything inside until i see my social worker. that does not work. HELP ME PLEASE
you need to talk to someone. i’m always here if you need me, i may not be the best person, i’m going through a lot myself. but if there is any way i could help you, i would love to. find a friend or someone you trust, tell them and call them everytime you have the urge to injure. thats what i did, it works. or find someone on here.

I think you should listen to music. It helps me all the time. Try not to think about SIing and just relax. I know how you feel. Maybe a little jumpy and out of control like you need to do something about it? I also like to drink orange juice. Or some sort of juice. It calms me a little bit. Maybe you could talk to a friend? I also like writing down my thoughts on paper. Or focusing all of my negative energy into dancing around wildly to a favorite song. 🙂 Or reading helps me too. And if you play an instrument, sometimes I will just sit and make something up when I feel like I’m losing it. Just try as hard as you can not to do it. You know SI doesn’t really help out in the end.
