I’ve been injury free for a really long time. But lately I’ve had the urge I think it’s always going to be there. I’ve found an outlet through getting tattooed and have a si tattoo, it’s to remind myself that i’ve over came it and I can go on with out it.
Tattoos are okay, but don’t overdo it. Some people get addicted to that, like tatts and piercing addictions…and its just another form of self injury. Find other outlets too, and be careful.
