I went to my therapist today and it has been a month since I have seen her.  She asked how SAFE had helped me and I told her the SI logs, negative thinking logs, role playing, writing assignments, etc.  She then tried to persuade me into doing DBT for 6 months.  But I have my mind made up that I will be working on CBT with her instead.  Is this a good choice between the 2 given that I can’t be around a certain member of my family for more than a certain amount of time
