i have p.e tomorrow for school and i don’t know how to cover my scars. I wore a bandage for the last 2 weeks saying I hurt myself, but i don’t think i can do that for another week. Does anyone have any tips or anything. I’ve tried make-up and it doesn’t really work either.
are you able to wear a long sleeve shirt under your gym shirt? since its starting to get colder out or wear a sweatshirt over top.
otherwise makeup has aways been what i used. can you cover it with a whole bunch of rubber bands or ponytail bands or scrunchies, anything? i do that alot.

What about talking to someone about what is really going on? I’m sure people have suggestions on how to cover this up, but what about telling someone you can trust that this is happening? Getting help and support so you can stop hurting yourself is the best way not to have scars/injuries that you need to cover. There must be someone you can trust – a teacher, counselor, person from a religious organization you may go to, or any adult who you find trustworthy would be a step in the right direction. You reached out for help about this, and I hope you’ll reach out for help that will last much longer. We all need support now and then.

that is a hard one….. i just usually make up an excuse….it’s none of their business anyways. Maybe wear some long pants—gym pants…sporty….maybe get a “sweat band” for your arm…?
