I am so sorry about what happened to you. I think it might be a good first step to call RAINN http://www.rainn.org at 1-800-656-HOPE. They can put you in contact with your local sexual assault services center, so you can talk to someone about what happened and about pressing charges and getting counseling.
There are two websites for survivors of sexual assault that I know are particularly helpful, the first is After Silence http://www.aftersilence.org and the second is pandora’s aquarium http://www.pandys.org . They have a great deal of information on pressing charges and on recovering from sexual assault. Good luck!
I am a surviver of sexual assult myself there is help out there. I am so sorry that you had to live that nightmare, but if you use it then you can be stronger and even help others that have lived it or may live it. I did I reached out and helped others. The first step I found that helped was to forgive the one that hurt you. I know that sounds hard and it is but once you do then you will see a new strength in yourself that you didnt know you had. I wish you well.
also if you’re a teen there is this great website for teens and dating abuse. They have a chat sytem and also a helpline you can call. The website is loveisrespect.org
