hey julie, can u describe wat the SAFE program is really like? i read the book and have done some research, but i was wondering wat it was like from the perspective of an alumni.
Hi, I’m Louise. I just graduated the safe program a few days ago. I definately recommend it to any one who can do it. It’s been a little tough since I got home though. Seems like I can find stress anywhere. I’m staying SAFE though.
Hi! This is my first time on this sight and believe me I’m scare. My psychiatrist introduced me to the sight and said maybe it would be helpful. It does help knowing that your not alone and that there’s others out there like you. Tonight(4/1) I’m feeling kind of numb and when i feel that way it usually leads to SI, but writing in this blog is kind of helping me not to harm myself even if it’s just for one more night. I’m hoping if all goes well I will be helped even more by going to one of the facilities and then starting a life worth living.
hey, im new to the site too… i liek it alot here though, everyones really nice and supportive.
good luck quitting, and if u ever wanna talk, im here!
I am happy that you both decided to say hello and talk this step. I am an alumni of SAFE and am willing to help. Julie
